What Ashley Likes: its size and construction, the top screws on for a secure hold and comes in different colors for organizing.  I’m an event planner by night and they are perfect for organizing the small things (paperclips, tacks, bobby pins, etc.) in my emergency kit!

What Ashley Doesn’t Like: NOTHING these things are awesome!

Description: basic red trekking pole – adjustable

What Ashley Likes: I love that I can adjust the height of the pole to how I’m feeling and then adjust it small enough to strap it to my hiking pack if I don’t want to use it.  The grip is exactly right for my hand.  It’s perfect for hiking!

What Ashley Doesn’t Like: I pulled the pole apart the first time I was trying to adjust it and almost thought I broke it.  Fortunately my dad was there to put it back together.

Description: Solar charger/battery case for iPhone 4/4S

What Ashley Likes: I purchased this item because I loving using the All Trails Hiking App for iPhone, but when I’m not connect to WIFI (which who is in the middle of the woods?) my phone battery while using the app drains quickly.  I love that theres a standby switch to “charge” or “not charge” so I can start out with my phone fully charged and in the case ready to switch it over to charge mode when I need to.  I also like that I can chaarge the case by hooking to the USB port on my computer (that is a lot faster than using the solar charger).  Plus I can still sync with iTunes when its in the case!

What Ashley Doesn’t Like: The case doubles the thickness of the phone and so far I’ve been too impatient to see how long it would take to charge the battery pack using solely the solar panel.

Description: Need a decent gadget to Hold your IPhone Or Android? This is the way to go and even better, it’s affordable! 

 

What Shawn Likes: This Delta product has been on my bike for a year now and I have no negatives so far about it. It keeps the phone where you can see it and accessible when using any bike GPS app on your smartphone. This can mount right to your Stem if you have a thread-less set up and also comes with a mount in case you don’t have the option to set it up directly to your stem. And of course I highly suggest not using this for TEXTING WHILE RIDING!

 

What Shawn Doesn’t Like: Only negative aspect is that this does not come with a rain cover which i’m sure you can get separately.

What Kara Likes: It was sparkly and pink, purchased so I could wear it on my 21st birthday. Was a better deal from BikeWorldUSA than purchasing from a store at the mall.

What Kara Doesn’t Like: Nothing!

Description: Pink Nalgene Polycarbonate waterbottle – 1 Pint

What Ashley Likes: It’s just the right size and my favorite color is pink, so that was a major plus.  I’m a fan of the fun flower like design on it.  Specifically the bottle reminded me of Breast Cancer Awarness – and my mom and grandma are both survivors of stage one.  

What Ashley Doesn’t Like: It is a little small – but only when I’m really thirsty, and whats a few extra trips to the drinking fountain to fill it up right? It’s exercise!

What Shawn Likes: Very well built product (Lezyne in general sells and engineers very well built products in general). Tool is very versatile and is always there for you in a pinch when you need it on the road, trail or even in some household instances).
